Terms and Conditions — 588game Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and 588game ("the Platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the 588game website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services available at 588game.onl.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 588game. Where any individual promotion, bonus, or competition carries its own specific terms, those specific terms apply alongside and supplement these general Terms.

588game reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English for players in Pakistan. The platform operates in PKR and all financial terms, limits, and figures referred to in these Terms are denominated in Pakistani Rupees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a 588game account you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 588game strictly does not accept registrations from minors and operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on the player-facing platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration details. Submitting false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 588game account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held pending investigation.
• You must not be a director, employee, contractor, or close family member of a 588game employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with fair play.

588game may request supporting documents at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Registration is free and open to eligible players. You are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. The mobile number you register will be used for account verification and must match the JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Once registered, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly through account settings or by contacting support. 588game will not be responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account verification — the submission and approval of your CNIC and proof of payment method — is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification is a one-time process unless your details change. We may also request re-verification in certain circumstances, including but not limited to large withdrawal requests, account security reviews, or where we have reason to suspect fraud or identity misuse.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your 588game account are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and compatible mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant; Raast transfers depend on your bank's processing schedule; bank transfers may take one to three business days. 588game is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed. Any bonus associated with a disallowed deposit will be voided.

588game does not charge platform-side fees on standard PKR deposits. Your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. If you are unsure about your provider's fee structure, check with them directly before initiating a deposit.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit or to a verified account in your name. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are processed first from any pending queue and are typically the fastest end-to-end for most players. Raast transfers and bank transfers take longer by the nature of the banking system involved.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be fully verified with an approved CNIC and proof of payment method.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Your account must not be under a current security review or temporary restriction.

588game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that occur in patterns suggesting irregular activity. In such cases, additional verification documents may be requested before the withdrawal is released. This is a security measure applied fairly to protect all players.

If a withdrawal is rejected for any reason, the amount will be returned to your 588game balance and you will be notified of the reason via your registered email or support contact. Withdrawals are not reversed once processed to your payment account — it is your responsibility to ensure the payment details in your account are correct before requesting a withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

588game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions — all denominated in PKR. Each promotion carries its own specific terms covering the offer amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Sports betting bonuses contribute to wagering requirements at rates specified in the individual promotion terms. Casino and Slots games typically have different contribution rates — check the specific promotion for details.
• 588game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already activated it will be given a reasonable period to complete their wagering requirement.

7. Casino & Slots Rules

All Casino games and Slot titles available on 588game are provided by established third-party game providers. The random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are certified by the providers. 588game does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the certified RNG of each game.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the result of that round may be voided. If a wager was placed on a voided round, the stake will be returned to your account balance. If a game result cannot be confirmed due to a technical error, 588game's determination of the correct outcome is final.

Live Casino games operate with real dealers streamed in real time. Standard Live Casino rules apply to each game type. If a live stream is interrupted before a game round completes, the round will be handled per the provider's rules, which may include voiding the round and returning stakes.

Maximum bet limits may apply during active bonus play. If you place a bet that exceeds the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active, 588game reserves the right to void any winnings from that bet and deduct the excess stake from your balance.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 588game covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — as well as Football, Esports, and other sports listed in the Sports section. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

Key rules governing sports bets on the 588game platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation except where a Cash Out feature is available and active for that market.
• If an event is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a Cricket match is abandoned due to weather or other conditions and has not met the minimum overs required for an official result under the applicable playing conditions, bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a walkover or forfeit, the team awarded the walkover win will be treated as the winner for settled bets unless the market specifically states otherwise.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Bets placed during a live event are accepted at the live odds shown at the time of confirmation. Any delay in bet confirmation is at the player's risk — the odds at confirmation time apply, not the odds at the time of clicking.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are displayed at a level that is clearly erroneous — may be voided at 588game's discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the Sports Betting section. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 588game staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from 588game and requests your password or OTP, do not provide it — report the contact to our support team immediately.

You should use a strong, unique password for your 588game account and not reuse it across other services. Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings. Never share your login details with another person, including family members — each player must maintain their own account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 588game support immediately so the account can be secured. 588game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you shared your credentials, used an insecure password, or failed to report a compromise promptly.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 588game platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balance pending investigation:

• Opening more than one account or assisting others in opening accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and will be voided.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person during the verification process.

11. Privacy & Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes described in that policy, including account management, verification, fraud prevention, and communications related to your account.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors — such as JazzCash or Easypaisa — is limited to what is necessary to complete the transaction. Your CNIC and verification documents are stored securely and are used solely for the purpose of identity verification and regulatory compliance.

12. Responsible Gaming

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

588game reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address prior to the change taking effect.

Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the new Terms take effect. Requests to withdraw a balance will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at the time of the request.
